Because we are a boutique skin revision clinic, we are by appointment ONLY.

By booking, accepting, and/or confirming an appointment, client agrees to adhere to the following guidelines and policies. To secure an appointment at My Skin Nerd, we require a credit card to be placed on file.  

The time reserved for every service is important in order to complete the treatment successfully and efficiently. If you are more than 10min late, the full service may not be performed. An abbreviated version of the service may be performed at full price of service scheduled. Please aim to arrive 5min before your scheduled appointment time to avoid the possibility of being late and to give yourself time to settle in to fully enjoy your experience. 

Your service is booked exclusively for you. We respect your time, so please respect ours as well. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, we request 24 hours notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. 

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service price booked. You will not be able to book any future appointments without securing a non-refundable deposit.

If you arrive to your appointment displaying any cold or flu like symptoms, cold sores or fever blisters, or any contagious skin diseases, you will be asked to leave and charged the late cancellation fee. Please be considerate.
